I ordered these laces initially because they looked great, and wanted to support the company. I had heard great reviews, and the Iqon laces aren't the greatest, imo. I couldn't be happier with how they feel. By the time they got here, I ended up getting new skates (Factions), and the laces in those are pretty good. I'm here to say, the Laced laces are the best looking, and feeling laces I've ever used.

Now to the reason I had gotten new skates between ordering and receiving the laces, and why I'm commenting on the service. Long story short, USPS had not delivered the laces, couldn't find the package, wouldn't help or do their jobs, blah blah blah. Ended up shipping them all the way back to NZ from the US for no reason other than their own incompetence. Brandon, I think even before he was planning to do it for everyone else, offered to ship them personally when he was on his trip to the US. He was supremely helpful, and went out of his way to help me at every step. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Support your local/small/independant stores, guys and gals! These are the people who are really making a difference, especially in this community!
